Welcome to Therapy In Touch.com. Hi, I'm Cheryl. I have been an occupational therapist in private practice for 24 years. I thoroughly enjoy working with children and adults. I am NDT certified, I am also a consultant and instructor of therapeutic and personal growth courses. I am a certified instructor in breathwork and combine my experience in neurodevelopment treatment, myofascial release, sensory-motor integration, cranioacral therapy and energy work along with healthful dietary consultation. Cheryl Maes, O.T.R., is writing a book and is looking for your help. She is asking that adults prepare three suggestions, recommendations and/or words of advice that they would give to children. Likewise, she would like children of any age to do the same-give three suggestions, recommendations and/or words of advice that they would give to adults.
