Increasing Aliveness Through the Breath and Healing Touch

This is an interactive workshop employing connected breath work and hands-on healing touch. This breath work is a form of focused, connected breathing that connects us to aspects of ourselves to clear old patterns of thinking and behaving that may include past wounds or present stresses that we are ready to release. The group energy and facilitation of the workshop instructors leads to a deep, inner healing. We will clear blocks that are impeding the forward progress of our lives and allow revitalizing energy to improve our physical and emotional health. You will learn strategies to assist yourself and others in future healing.
